At Thrive Social Capital CIC, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of background, circumstance, or postcode. We are a community led social enterprise based in South Yorkshire, dedicated to transforming lives through inclusive support, training, education, and employment opportunities.

We work with:

Ethnic minority and marginalised communities
Underprivileged and deprived individuals
Those experiencing homelessness
Young people not in education, employment or training (NEET)
Ex-offenders seeking a second chance

Our mission

To dismantle systemic barriers and create pathways to sustainable employment, education, and economic empowerment, especially for those excluded from mainstream systems. Vision: A society where everyone has equal opportunities to thrive.

What we do

1. Training & Upskilling

We deliver tailored employability and skills programmes to improve access to good work for those furthest from the labour market.

2. Education & Personal Development

From literacy and digital skills to mentoring and life coaching, we empower individuals with the tools they need to grow.

3. Employment Support

Through partnerships with local businesses and national initiatives, we create real employment pipelines for marginalised people.

4. Community Integration

We foster social cohesion through community engagement, leadership development, and support for those rebuilding their lives.
